About T. Troy McNemar
T. Troy McNemar is a certified specialist in
Estate and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona. Since 1991, he has
been representing Arizona clients with estate planning, probate,
adult guardianships and conservatorships, and general business
matters.
Troy graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Accounting from
Washburn University in 1988. He attended the University of Kansas
School of Law, and graduated Order of the Coif in 1991. While at KU
Law School, Troy was selected as the Outstanding Estate Planning
student by the law school faculty and served as Note and Comment
Editor for the Kansas Law Review.
Troy is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Arizona
and the United States District Courts for the State of Arizona. He
is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and belongs to the Probate
and Trust Law and Elder Law and Mental Health sections of the bar.
Troy is active in the community and serves as a member of the Board
of Directors of St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance. He has been involved
with the Food Bank since 1994, and has served on the Board of
Directors since 2005. He serves as a mentor to charities interested
in building their endowment with the Arizona Endowment Building
Initiative. Troy also serves as a Financial Health Advisor to
Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation.
Troy is a member of the Rotary 100 chapter of Rotary International.
He belongs to the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council and the
Planned Giving Roundtable of Arizona.
